WARRANTY INFORMATION
Emsco, Inc. (dba EMSCO Group) Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on Parts and Labor
Unless otherwise stated through official company documentation, Emsco, Inc. extends the following warranty:
Emsco, Inc. offers a non-transferrable, One (1) year* parts and labor limited Warranty. Emsco, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products should be free from manufacturing non-conformances that affect product performance for a period of one (1) year* after date of delivery. Emsco, Inc. obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts and labor for, or replacing, at its option, any product that is, in the sole discretion of Emsco, Inc. found to be defective.
If Emsco, Inc. requests, products or parts for which an original purchaser makes a warranty claim, the purchaser shall return the product via prepaid freight to Emsco, Inc.’s factory.
Any improper use or alteration or repair by unauthorized service providers in such a manner as in Emsco, Inc.’s judgment affects the product materially and adversely, shall void this warranty. Any repair, use or alteration of Emsco, Inc.’s products using parts not provided or authorized by Emsco, Inc. shall void this warranty. No employee or representative of Emsco, Inc. is authorized to change this warranty in any way. Normal wear of the product or failure to properly maintain the product does not constitute a claim and includes, but is not limited to: abuse, neglect, acts of nature and unreasonable usage. In the event Emsco, Inc. does not approve a claim after receiving product and notifying the purchaser, purchaser may elect to pay shipping to have the product returned to them or to have the product destroyed by Emsco, Inc.
This statement constitutes Emsco, Inc.’s entire warranty with respect to the aforesaid product. EMSCO, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EMSCO, INC. BE LIABLE HEREUNDER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO SALES OR USE OF ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT.
*Where Emsco, Inc. products explicitly claim a different warranty period, all other conditions and obligations of this contract shall remain intact. All recreational sledding products are only bound by a 60-day warranty period. Inflatable Snow Tubes are excluded from this and any other Emsco, Inc. warranty and sold “as-is”.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Emsco, Inc. is dedicated to providing the most accurate information and representations of its products as is possible. However, the product specifications, representations and information included on Emsco, Inc.’s marketing materials and platforms, including product packaging, websites (and any/all associated online platforms), printed materials or any other publicly available records are not binding. Due to our policy of constant improvements, Emsco, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to components, parts or features (including but not limited to: small variations in coloration, alternative components with minor differences in fit and finish, sizing of openings, the removal or addition of components for better operation, etc.) without prior notice or obligation to install these changes on previously purchased or offered units.
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS EXCEPTION
Emsco, Inc. DOES NOT offer a standard warranty on products purchased by commercial entities and/or for commercial applications. Only unused product that is defective upon customer possession and reported defective within 30 days or receipt may be eligible for replacement upon approval by Emsco, Inc. No other warranty may replace or void this exception other than any warranty or guarantee explicitly approved by Emsco, Inc. for specifically designated entities and/or products and services.
Emsco, Inc. Return Policy
Emsco, Inc.’s products can be returned utilizing the following guidelines provided the claim is authorized based on the warranty above.
The original purchaser will need to contact Emsco, Inc. and receive a return authorization number once a claim is approved. Once a Emsco, Inc. RMA# is generated, additional shipping information will be provided. Emsco, Inc. can be contacted at

All returns are subject to review and approval prior to issuance of a refund and/or replacement. A restocking fee may be assessed and deducted from the total approved refund amount for non-defective products (e.g. Buyer’s Remorse). For non-defective, Emsco, Inc. products purchased through a third-party seller, please contact the third-party provider for return and refund instructions. Please contact a Emsco, Inc. representative for more information. Emsco, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return or refund at its sole discretion.
